Users understand that orders are not a guarentee of receiving the contents of an auction. Yahoo!Japan Auctions is an auction site and users can be outbid without users being notified.
Doujin Box is independent of Yahoo!Japan and can do nothing if Yahoo!Japan is not available at certain times to place your bids.
Also, Doujin Box can do very little other than leave negative feedback if you do not receive the items from your auction.
